A Cleansing Fire

A CLEANSING FIRE
Kill all that lives and smother all that breathes
anything to meet your needs
We all go down with the ship
you’d sink us all for your greed
Man to this world a disease, burn everything to feed your gluttony
once more than we’d ever need, what’s left is barely enough to survive
A cleansing fire to protect
life
I’d leave it ruins
wipe out mankind
Raping-every resource, paving the world ,you’d suffocate the earth
reaping-fear no consequence, you’d tear it all out
you’d suffocate and end all life
When the concrete crumbles a forest will grow in its place
once man is extinct life can thrive

Anywhere but Here

ANYWHERE BUT HERE
I can’t Let go-this world comes down on me
continually crushing my hopes and my dreams
They say that when you pass-you find a better place
there has to be something that’s better than this
Not one second counts-it’s all just wasted time
I gouge out my eyes to be blind of this world
and I’d tear out my veins in the hopes of a far better place
I wanna be anywhere but here
and the last thing in this life that I wanna see
is my name on the side of a bullet named peace
Not one second counts-it’s all just wasted breath
To be blind of this world I’d gouge out my eyes
I’d rip out my veins in the hope a far better place
I wanna be anywhere but here
and the last thing is life that I want to see
is my name on the side of a bullet named peace
They say that when you pass-you find a better place
There has to be something that’s better than this

Eternal Recurrence

ETERNAL RECURRENCE
These walls that you hate have become your prison
they mock you with silence-no matter how loud you scream
There’s never sleep-anxiety controls you
things that you’ve seen-haunt your daily life
You’ve found yourself here before- never quite this desperate
You’ll find yourself here again –the cycle keeps repeating
Try to disassociate what you want from what you know
try to close your eyes-when they open it’s still your life
Watching it collapse- it brings satisfaction
no hope for a change-this is your life
You’ve found yourself here before-never quite this desperate
You’ll find yourself here again –the cycle keeps repeating
Its insane-nothing changes not the places or faces
get slightly rearranged but otherwise stay the same
Commit crime on the highest level -cliché white devils
while you’re standing in line to buy food with your last dime
It’s a crime –always struggling always grasping for something
they take everything -still end up with nothing
You feel insane-nothing changes all the faces and places
you’ve seen thousands of times but slowly can’t recognize
Feel you’ll suffocate-you see no escape-the door leading out seems terrifying
The walls that you hate become your prison
You’d take your life to reclaim your life
-reclaim your life

Crisis

CRISIS
What are you gonna have left to fight for-when all the causes have been lost
Are you gonna accept your station-just chalk it all up as a loss
Give me something I can stand for-stand till my legs turn to dust
In this modern dark age we exist in shadows-avoid the light burning our eyes
What about this modern world is really different from the old?
How is this a modern at all?
Refuse to accept, and violently reject the sentence you’ve past
The life that you’ve planned out for me
When there’s nothing left to stand on-when all your beliefs are gone
Give me something to believe in-I’ll believe till all the buildings are rust
In this modern dark age we exist in shadows- avoid the light burning our eyes
What about our modern world is really different from the old?
How is this a modern at all?
Refuse to accept and violently I reject the sentence you’ve past
and this life that you’ve planned out for me

In Shadows

IN SHADOWS
We’re all born with a light in our eyes -with a chance to make something of our life
but the more of this world that we see -that light it fades from our eyes so quickly
When we become aware we learn doubt-with that awareness that light it burns out
and in this darkness we can see more clearly-there's no path to follow-there’s no
relief
Suffering leads to contempt when it’s in our daily life
when we fail everything that we try
Through our youths that we barely survive
told that hardships will help shape our lives
so we hold onto an impossible dream-hoping to somehow shape our destinies
Now that this violence is all that we know-now that this anger is all we have left
with no path laid out ahead of you-lost in a world that never wanted you
Suffering leads to contempt when its in our daily lives
when we fail everything that we try
We’re all born with a light in our eyes-born to a world that we cannot survive
when we accept that there is no way out-with that awareness that light it burns out
Now that this violence is all that we know-now that this anger is all we have left
with no path laid out ahead of you-lost in a world that never wanted you
Suffering leads to contempt when it’s in our daily lives
when we fail everything that we try
It’s your daily life

Cut the Veins

CUT THE VEINS
A king doesn’t care if a peasant burns his home
Police don’t care if we burn our own neighborhoods
Life broken down to monetary weight
Your worth in gold is far less than you think
Ch: the only way to, make their system bleed
Cut the veins that flow with currency
The only way to dethrone a king
To storm the castle, burn down the throne
Fight amongst ourselves over scraps from their table
Losing a class war & freedoms the cost
Scales of justice long broken and perverted
Our lives hold no value, they write off the loss
Fight for scraps from the table
Freedom’s the cost
Not losing a class war-they lost

TRIGGER
I realize all the choices that I’ve made they were mine
And the consequences of my actions I recognize
I should’ve had a better shot at my life
Misanthropic mind, my self destructive revenge
Violent response, suicidal means to an end
I should’ve had better shot at my life
Ch: Buried all the rage and anger deep inside, but they’ll always be a trigger
Short fuse ,time bomb, hand grenade with a hairline trigger
No escape from this wrecking ball that is my life
The anger fades but there’ll always be a trigger
Not a victim- not of circumstance –not of chance
You see me as disgrace –I see what I am
I should’ve had a decent chance at my life
You condescension brings anger sharper than knives
You should’ve let me be I’d have suffered in silence
I should’ve had a better shot at my life
Ch: Buried all the rage and anger deep inside, but they’ll always be a trigger
Short fuse ,time bomb, hand grenade with a hairline trigger
No escape from this wrecking ball that is my life
The anger fades but but reforms if you pull the right
Not a victim of circumstance or of chance
You see me as a disgrace and I know that’s what I am
You should’ve let me be I’d have suffered in silence
Should’ve let me drown in my own silence

Slowly Dying

|

SLOWLY DYING
Come in the world with a boot on our necks-were struggling for scraps of respect
Realize that there is no point in trying- we see we are all just slowly dying
Life’s slowly fading-were turning to dust-we know there’s nothing left for us
Life’s fading quickly-we’re all in a rush to find our place down in the dust
Don’t wanna fix the problems –don’t wanna try at all
Content to sit back and watch it all fall
Don’t wanna fix the problems –don’t wanna try at all
Content to watch it collapse
You always remember the misinformation-you always forget that it’s false
Always ready to go stand and accuse but never been ready to fall
Don’t wanna fix the problems –don’t wanna try at all
Content to sit back and watch it all fall
Don’t wanna fix the problem–don’t wanna try at all
Content to watch it collapse
Frustration would bring me to tears if I wasn’t to jaded to feel
Too jaded and angry to see that the problem is probably me
Frustration it festers for years till I become too bitter to care
Too jaded too angry to see that problem is probably me
Come in this world with a boot on our necks-were struggling for scraps of respect
realize that there is no more point in trying-we’re all just slowly dying

OBLIVION
This is an insurrection
this is insubordination
there’s no justice that I can see
there’s one solution that I can see
Lies pile up like the money they steal, like bodies that lie in the street
keep us divided to make us believe our differences are to blame
Now that you’re backed against that wall, what are you gonna do now
How are you gonna justify all those that die
Bodies pile up as it’s shown on the screen-somehow no one’s committed a crime
police exist to please the rich, keep the rest of us right in line
now that you know that we see you, what are you gonna do now
how are you gonna try to justify –all those that died
This is a final solution –this is my only escape
you’ll find no way to get away-you’ll find no guiding light
cuz’ this is the only solution-the only way that I can see
there’s no way back here for me –this is my final goodbye
Device strapped tight-dead man’s insurance
bright lights flash– path through the shadows
there is no chance in hell for me
this is justice from which you cannot hide
This is justice in the hands of the worthless
payback from which you cannot hide
bright lights flash ,crash into the darkness
Deadmans path into the light
